LMB Terms of Use

1. The LMB service

LMB is an analytical software and information service providing historical lottery data, research tools, statistical analysis, visualizations, filtering, comparison, and related analytical capabilities.

2. What LMB does not do

LMB does not sell or purchase lottery tickets, accept or place wagers, collect stakes, process lottery transactions, claim prizes, operate drawings, or participate in a user's lottery transactions. LMB's inclusion of data about a lottery or jurisdiction does not mean that LMB operates that lottery or targets residents of that jurisdiction.

3. Information only

LMB outputs are informational and research outputs. They do not predict or guarantee future lottery results, prizes, winnings, or financial outcomes. You are responsible for your external activities, decisions, and compliance with laws and eligibility rules that apply to you, your residence, and any lottery or service you use.

4. Accounts and age boundary

Account registration and Premium purchase are intended for people age 18 or older. This is an LMB software-service and account boundary, not a representation of lottery or gambling eligibility. LMB does not collect dates of birth, identity documents, or use age-verification tooling.

5. Premium terms

Premium is prepaid, fixed-duration access offered at the price, duration, and currency displayed at the time of purchase. Each purchase is one-time, does not automatically renew, and is non-refundable. Checkout requires explicit acceptance of these terms and the recorded version above; Premium activates only after successful server verification of payment.

6. Acceptable use and dependencies

Use LMB lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account, or submit credentials or payment data that LMB does not request. Authentication is provided by Clerk and payment processing by Stripe; those services are third-party dependencies with their own terms and privacy practices.
