LMB Privacy Policy

1. Providers and account identity

Clerk handles authentication for LMB. LMB does not store raw passwords or copy a Clerk profile into LMB-owned state. LMB stores a provider-neutral internal account identifier, the Clerk provider and subject needed to link that account, account status, and timestamps needed to operate access and security controls.

2. Premium and payment evidence

Stripe handles payment processing and payment credentials. LMB does not store card numbers, CVV, bank credentials, or other payment-instrument credentials. For a Premium purchase or checkout attempt, LMB retains limited account, purchase-detail, Terms-acceptance, provider/transaction-reference, entitlement/access, support, and security evidence. Server-observed request IP and available Clerk email/name snapshots may be retained when available for those purposes. Temporary checkout attempts expire; successful purchase evidence supports commercial reconciliation and entitlement history.

3. Operational and support information

LMB may receive the information you choose to include when emailing support@letsmakebillion.com. Support and operational records should contain only the minimum references and state transitions needed to resolve the case. LMB should not receive or retain secrets, raw webhook payloads containing unnecessary personal data, card data, or unredacted customer snapshots.

4. Service data

LMB provides historical analytical content, research tools, and persisted product state. LMB may process limited server and operational data needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. If the optional Google Analytics production configuration is enabled, LMB uses it for aggregated site-usage measurement; it is inactive when that configuration is absent.

5. Retention and requests

LMB retains application identity, security, access, and commercial evidence only as long as reasonably necessary or justified for service operation, support, security, purchase proof, reconciliation, or applicable recordkeeping. Some commercial or security records may need to be retained where justified or required. Send privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests to support@letsmakebillion.com.

6. Third-party practices

Clerk and Stripe are independent providers. Their handling and retention of data are governed by their own policies and operational controls; LMB does not claim to control those practices. LMB remains responsible for minimizing the data it sends to or retains from those services within the current product flow.

7. What LMB intentionally does not collect

LMB does not intentionally collect or store raw passwords, payment-card credentials, CVV, bank credentials, government IDs, dates of birth, or identity documents in LMB-owned application state. Do not send those items to support.
