Look for the touching or surrounding numbers of highlighted digits.

How do I know what number to highlight? And what numbers are used to create the 3-1 rundown chart? That’s all I’m still confused about lol..
for 3-1 rundown, the highlighted numbers are always 0 and 5. for most other rundowns, date digits are highlighted
